You should consider leaving expensive looking jewlery at home if you are visiting a destination with more crime than you are used to. Many cash withdrawels can cost you extra Most banks include a signficantly higher fee per withrawel abroad than domestic.
Here is a few tricks that can make your airport experience better.
You just need some preparation and smart thinking!
- From time to time there are upgraded seats available.
- You are more likely to be chosen for upgrade if you are properly dressed, so you fit in!
- Many companies also offers free membership benefits, so why not sing up!

-Get a good seat!
If you are over 18 and want extra space for your legs, get a seat near the emergency! Some companies also offers priority boarding for a little extra fee.
Try to avoid delays!
Fly at times when fewer planes are arriving and departing, and there is more chance of being on time. Try avoiding the most buissy Friday evening, Sunday evening and Monday morning. You can also avoid delays by picking less buissier airports if possible.
Try avioding check in luggage
If you are away for a short time only, consider just using hand luggage. You will save both check in time and waiting at the luggage at the conveyor belt purgatory. But beware that all objects can not be brought on plane for safety reasons!
